Mission Statement

Hope for the Nations is a missions mobilizing ministry under the direction of Rev. Barbara Yandell.

Hope for the Nations exists to:

  1. Teach orthodox, reformed, Biblical missions through Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course throughout the US and teaching at mission conferences, and church missions events.

  2. Train churches and individuals in Muslim ministry through Engaging Islam Materials and training modules. Hope for the Nations developed this national partnership of likeminded church leaders, pastors, mission professionals and mission organizations. Its annual gathering is the week long “Legacy” conference in Dearborn Michigan

  3. Mentor and send churches, young adults, business persons and individuals to effectually take the whole gospel among the least reached peoples of the world. In missions terminology this is known as” frontier missions.” Mentoring occurs through: church consultation, discipleship, campus training, short-term trips and evangelistic outreaches.

  4. Send professionals to serve among the least reached areas of the world via Interserve.

  5. Partner with the churches in the reformed tradition in Cuba by annual trips to facilitate pastors conferences, train and resource evangelistic drama team and to resource the evangelism efforts of these Churches and pastors. The pastors training component of Cuba missions trains pastors and leaders in missions and evangelism
